ошибка ADS DBFNTXAX 6611
MIKHAIL: Доброго времени суток всем. Кто сталкивался с такой ошибкой выполнения приложения? Поставил сеть сервак NW6.5 ADS7, приложения нормально работают, но время от времени вылетают с такой ошибкой, все станции (7 юзеров причем некоторые чаще, а на некоторых редко бывает) кабели менял, свичи все заменил, сервер перекинул на другую машинку, сетевуху поменял... видать какие то настройки в NW или ADS Если кто знает где копать поделитесь опытом.

MIKHAIL: Спасибо. В описании ошибки написано что дело в клиенте (у меня 4.83SP1) , буду пробовать обновлять. Но странно что с этим клиентом у меня несколько аналогичных сетей работают уже годами и никогда такой ошибки не возникало...

p519446: я в своё время сильно рыл конфу АДСа (формировал "глоссарий ошибок") и вот что у мну записано по этому: 6611 Client comm layer timed out waiting for a free ECB to use to send data to the ADS When using IPX communication with a 16-bit application, this error indicates that the communications layer timed out while waiting for a free ECB to use to send data to the Advantage Database Server. With 32-bit applications, this error indicates that the send on a socket timed out. It may mean that the connection was dropped due to a network failure. Ref No:..980908-0531....Mod. Date:..9/8/1998 Product:..Advantage Clients ( General ) Category:..Error Codes Problem Description: Client comm layer timed out waiting for a free ECB to use to send data to the Advantage Database Server. Solution: The problem is that the communication libraries are timing out waiting for an available send ECB on the client. These send ECBs are Event Control Blocks that are required to send ANY packets to the network. Advantage has available 3 ECBs per workstation, and as soon as they are used they are freed for another use. There is no feasible reason that they should ever be unavailable. RETRY THE OPERATION.
